Starting at 2 St. Clair East, the tour will take in a new skylight that features some of the largest planes of glass in Toronto at 30 ft by 12 ft, a new shopping mall over two floors, and a Loblaws. We will visit a roof terrace at Arthur’s (part of The Chase Group), before moving onto 2 St. Clair West. This site features all new retail, a two-storey retail podium, and a new Buca.

Next, the tour will move to the TTC station and Scotia Bank at 1 St. Clair East, where Gensler reclad the lower five floors (under construction). The tour will conclude in the laneway at 40 St. Clair, where a new connection from St. Clair to a park connects this valuable green space to the wider neighbourhood.

Before and after photography will be available to showcase the transformation of the neighbourhood and demonstrate the full scope of the intervention.
